I’ve witnessed the impact of a positive therapeutic relationship in my own life and in the lives of others. I know that dropping the stigma around mental health and taking ownership of your own journey and personal development is both powerful and life-changing.
And I want that for other people.
I wanted it so much that I went back to school to get my master’s in counseling so I could leave copywriting and become a licensed therapist.
But about two thirds of the way in to completing my degree, I realized in my heart I would always be a copywriter. This is my space.
